Meet the trainers

Travis

As a Personal Trainer since 2014, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, each with unique goals and backgrounds. My expertise lies in strength and conditioning as well as exercise rehabilitation. With a degree in sports and exercise science, I bring a deep understanding of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, exercise psychology, and human performance to my sessions. I prioritize creating a comfortable and confident environment for all clients, ensuring they not only exercise correctly but also understand the relevance of their workouts. Whatever your fitness goal, I’m here to support you on your journey. Let’s work together to achieve your goals.

Max Heath

Hi there! My name is Max Heath, and with over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve been privileged to assist countless individuals on their journeys to better health.
 Whether it’s helping clients shed unwanted weight, build lean muscle, enhance their athletic performance, or master martial arts techniques, I’ve always been dedicated to guiding them towards their goals. 

Catherine

I am a big believer that a fit and healthy body is the foundation for a happy life, and I love helping people achieve this! I’ve been a PT for over 5 years, and have been a fitness and nutrition advocate for much longer.

If you are just starting out I know it can feel intimidating and overwhelming, that’s what I’m here for! I specialise in beginners fitness, nutrition support, and core strength.

Emily

Emily has worked as an Advanced Level Personal Trainer, Online Coach and Nutritional Therapist for almost 9 years. She been voted a leading Kent Personal Trainer and is the Head Coach at Fortitide Gym.

As a Commonwealth Triple Gold Athlete, Emily has coached a huge range of clients; Pre/Post Natal, fat loss, muscle gain, strength training, postural correction and sports specific.

Ollie Grogan

My fitness journey began when i started training Muay Thai – the Thai style of kickboxing – in the 4 years I have been practicing the martial art, it has enveloped my life becoming my passion and career  competing at both amateur and professional level, earning me a record of 5 wins and 1 loss so far.
